How do I cancel my appointment?Please email umepersonalcolor@gmail.com 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. The $50 deposit will be refunded to you. Cancellations past 48 hours are non-refundable.

What do I wear to my appointment?It is preferred for clients to wear solid white, cream, or black tops. However, any type of other colored top for your color analysis are also acceptable. Please avoid turtle necks and other accessories that can cover your neck (ie: ascots). If you normally wear a hijab, turban, or any other head covering, please try to wear a light neutral color, such as white or cream. Please come to your appointment without any tinted skincare products or makeup (including tinted moisturizers/SPFs, foundation, concealer, eye shadows, mascara, eyeliner, blush, bronzer, or lip products). Contact lenses are preferred for color analysis however, it is also okay to wear glasses to your appointment.

Which Color Analysis Method do you use?At Ume, we use the Practical Color Coordinate System (PCCS), which is used in Japan and Korea.

Can I invite guest appointment/event that aren't going to get analyzed?Unfortunately, we can only accommodate for the guest who booked the appointment. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my emotional support animal/pet?Unfortunately, we are unable to allow ESA or pets into the studio.

If we want to sign up for a 2 person session, will both of us have to sign up, or can one person do it for both?Only one person has to sign up.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
